Macquarie Alarm Services primary function is to provide 24 hour “back to base” monitoring of alarm diallers and to respond to these events in line with the company’s processes and customer’s needs. 

In addition to this we install and maintain these systems through our sales/service teams. We respond to and patrol customer premises through our security guard services division. Most other activities are handled internally by our administration team.

We strive to be the benchmark for others by providing a local, friendly and familiar service to customers within our service area. At all times we endeavour to remain open, transparent and professional.
