How it works

User location is monitored & tracked by GPS.
When the i-Safe “SOS” button is pressed an alarm is sent to the control centre.
Within 60 seconds, the alarm is received and actioned and a voice call is made directly to the i-Safe Beacon.
A Customised response approved by the customer is followed.
SMS notifications will automatically alert contacts.
Online Portal
A management platform to manage and monitor individual or multiple i-Safe Beacons.
The SOFI portal is a cloud based, state-of- the-art application that provides security and real-time access for managers, team leaders and administrators.
Track and view live and historical location details and maintain contact details and update device settings via this unique online portal.
The portal is integrated with our Patriot monitoring software, giving you greater insight into your staff safety and wellbeing.
The portal can be accessed via desktop or via the Carer’s App which is available for both Android & iOS devices.
